Weekly suits busy households, homes with pets or young children, and anyone who wants the place reset every week. Fortnightly suits most smaller or tidier homes. You can choose either when you set up a plan, and change it later by asking us.

A regular clean keeps a lived-in home under control: dusting reachable surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping kitchen worktops, hob, sink and appliance fronts, and cleaning the toilet, shower, bath, basin and mirrors. You tell us the rooms in your home when you get a quote, and the time booked is based on that.

A regular clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A deep clean is a longer one-off reset for built-up grease, limescale or areas that have not been cleaned for a while. If your home needs a reset first, book a one-off deep clean and then start regular visits.

Confirm this when you book. Tell us whether you want to supply your own products, vacuum and mop, or would like the cleaner to bring them, and mention any surfaces that need specific products.

We aim to send the same cleaner for regular visits so they get to know your home. This depends on cleaner availability, so if your usual cleaner is unavailable we will tell you and arrange cover where we can.
